By accessing or using the Dockin website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

Dockin is a platform being developed to help boat owners find and book boat slips, and to help slip owners list available mooring spaces. Our Services are currently in development. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform or any specific launch date.

When you join our waitlist, you provide your email address so we can contact you about Dockin. There is no fee to join the waitlist. We may send you product updates and marketing communications; you can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Impersonate any person or entity

All content on the Dockin website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Dockin or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dockin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dockin from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
